What most people ask before they book
How much does painting cost in Dubai?
It depends on the size of the property, the condition of the walls and the paint you choose. A studio typically starts at AED 550 and a 2 BHK at AED 1,100 for walls and ceilings in two coats. Villas and commercial spaces are quoted per project. Use the estimator above for a ballpark, then we confirm one fixed, itemised price after a free site visit.
How long does a 2 BHK repaint take?
One to two days for walls and ceilings if the flat is empty, two to three if you are living in it — we work room by room so you always have somewhere to sleep. Villas usually run three to five days.
Do I have to move out or empty the rooms?
No. We move furniture to the centre of the room, wrap it in plastic and cover the floors. You only need to clear small personal items and anything fragile.
Is the paint included in the price?
Yes. Every quote covers labour, primer and paint. We name the brand and product on the quote so you can check exactly what is going on your walls — usually Jotun Fenomastic inside and Dulux Weathershield outside.
Can you work while my office or shop stays open?
We run evening and weekend shifts for offices, clinics, salons and shops. Same rate, no night surcharge, and the space is cleared before you open the next morning.
Do you handle the building NOC and work permits?
Yes. Send us your building or community name and we prepare the NOC, contractor pass and security paperwork. It is part of the job, not an extra charge.
Do you offer a warranty?
One year on workmanship, in writing. That covers peeling, flaking and visible roller marks from our application. Tell us at the walkthrough before final payment and we redo it there and then.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer or card. Normally a small advance to book the date and materials, and the balance once you have walked the finished job with the supervisor.
